What to have ready

  • Full name as it should appear on your badge
  • Organisation and role
  • Stakeholder group (government, private sector, civil society, academia, youth, technical community, media, international organisation)
  • Email address and phone number for your confirmation
  • Any accessibility or interpretation requirements
